Bengals,
breeders of Bengal kittens with the Asian Leopard Cat heritage. All of our
cats are hand-raised, and are sold with a contract and a health guarantee
(we ship primarily within the continental United States). We are members of
TICA. We breed beautiful felines with clear coats, bright coloring,
sharp contrast, loving personalities, and overall good type. Our main
focus here at Bastet Bengals is to bring back the lustrous Bristol Cat
bloodlines. Both our studs have
the Bristol bloodlines in their
pedigrees and we a striving to bring back the blood that helped create
the Bengal breeding program.

---Although the
domesticated Bengal Cat has beautiful physical features, it is their overall
good nature and active personality that make them so enjoyable, and
such great household pets. These
amazing animals like to play with water, can learn tricks easily, are intelligent,
curious, playful, affectionate, and are very athletic (jumping straight
up in the air to a height of five feet is not uncommon). Likewise, they
enjoy being with children, and adapt well to other pets in the
home. Following you around the house is a common behavior, seeking
your constant affection and attention, and they will often seek a high
place to look down on you, just to remind you of their presence. They
are easy to  care for, understand what a
litter box is, and their dietary and medical needs are the same
as other domestic cats. Additionally, their rosetted and glittered
coats, which are short, tight, and smooth (like silk) are unique and
beautiful. Quite simply, the domesticated Bengal Cat has enough
qualities to keep anyone entertained for a lifetime.
